What should I bring with me?
Hoo Hunter Sportfishing will provide water, ice, and cooler space on board. Hoo Hunter will also have all rods, bait, life jackets and gear needed on board.
What to bring:
-Sunscreen
-Food/Snacks
-Drinks other than water (Cooler and ice is provided)
-Sunglasses/Hat
-Motion sickness medicine if needed
Will I get to keep the fish that I catch?
All legal fish that you want to keep will go home with you!
Do I need a fishing license?
No! The captains license will cover you if you do not have a license.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes! The owner/captain is licensed by the United States Coast Guard and insured.
When is payment due?
20% is due at time of booking to hold the date. The remaining balance is due before departure of your charter. We accept cash, check, and Venmo.
What happens if the weather is bad on my fishing day?
If the weather does not allow your trip to happen, the captain will work with you to reschedule for a new date or refund your deposit if you are unable to reschedule.
How many people can I bring?
The booking party can total up to 6 people.
Do I need to tip?
It is customary to tip the mate 20% of the fishing charter price.
